My Townhouse in White Rock , BC was undergoing a Fire Restoration Project after Tenants were living in it. The neighbour's children were playing with combustible materials from what I understand. My name is Suze Kilgour, I am an aging retiree currently selling my home in Victoria. Due to my health concerns, my daughter, Kaytee, and her boyfriend Robin, and I decided we couldn't carry on any longer with ferry travel between us. We pooled our resources and recently purchased a home together with the assistance of Mark Manuel. Mark was really amazing and I just can't say enough to thank him. He managed to figure out our complicated extended family and treated every one of us with great respect. It couldn't have been easy because we are all strong personalities and had very different needs.
